Everglades OS Internal App Terms

Effective October 4, 2026

Everglades Oysters LLC provides Everglades OS to authorized personnel for company business. Access is an internal permission to use the application and does not transfer ownership of the software, company records, or connected accounts.

Authorized Use

Use your approved company identity and only the functions authorized for your role. Do not share credentials, bypass access controls, enter misleading information, or disclose company records to unauthorized recipients. Company administrators may change or remove access when necessary.

Review and Approval

AI-generated drafts, forecasts, and suggestions require human review. Users must confirm proposed record changes and use the authorized sign-off process where required. Predictions and visual indicators do not replace observed measurements, approved safety decisions, official advisories, or required compliance procedures.

Connected Systems

Connections to Google, HubSpot, Intuit QuickBooks, mapping, AI, and messaging services are subject to the relevant provider’s terms and company authorization. Source accounting records remain in QuickBooks. The pilot’s direct QuickBooks connection is used for financial reads. This agreement does not authorize purchases, payments, unsolicited outreach, or additional third-party access.

Pilot Status and Records

This development pilot may change and may contain dated imported data or explicitly marked test records. Confirm source dates and data completeness before operational decisions. Maintain the established company workflow until the company approves a cutover. Preserve required company and compliance records and report discrepancies promptly.

Ownership and Support

Company records remain company property. Third-party data and services remain subject to their respective rights. Questions, errors, access requests, or security concerns should be sent to fabio@evergladesoysters.com.

Changes

The company may revise the application and these terms. Material changes should be communicated to authorized users before they are required to accept the updated terms.
