Oyster Reefer

Oyster Reefer is a unique, abundant, and immersive experience that celebrates local oyster farms and the joy of sharing delicious oysters with friends and family. A pop-up oyster party concept by Everglades Oysters with a mission to educate consumers about local, sustainably sourced oysters. We also actively collect shells for oyster reef restoration efforts in the Gulf. The more oysters we slurp, the bigger the positive impact we make for local oyster farms and the wild oyster reef population.

For every 500 attendees, more than 1,000lbs of Oyster Shells will be recycled back into the Gulf to regenerate natural Oyster Reefs.

Beyond protecting the environment, Oyster Reefer creates unforgettable moments that bring our community together. From lively Super Bowl watch parties to vibrant DJ-fueled celebrations, we’re making memories while preserving our sacred reefs. Our mission is to leave a lasting impression both in the water and in the hearts of those who join us.
